Reporting to the Motor Claims Team Leader, this position incorporates the management and administration of a portfolio of motor claims, from lodgement to settlement.

The main duties include answering and acting on clients queries, handling administration functions, making payments, organising assessments and repairs to clients' needs and liaison with clients and repairers as well as management and supervisors

To be successful in this role, you will ideally be able to demonstrate experience handling complex and technical motor claims gained from working within the insurance industry.
