Motor Claims lodgement Officer - Melbourne CBD- 3 Month Contract

We currently have a role available in our Melbourne office for a Motor Claims lodgement Officer. This is a 3 month contract with a potential to extend. The role will need to support interstate clients, therefore must be willing to work 10.30am -7pm.

Your duties will include:

  • Responding to client's queries
  • Lodge all claims presented by clients
  • Review reports and return customer calls as required
  • Understanding and interpreting terms and conditions of the relevant policies
  • Providing quality customer service
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislative and code of practice requirements
  • Administration

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have a minimum of 1 years experience in handling motor claims. You will need to be highly organised with excellent communication skills.
