Property Loss Adjusting

CSA's Property Adjusting team is managed from our Sydney office with adjusters currently located in our Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth offices with other states to follow. Our services are supplemented by a selected team of independent Loss Adjusters to provide a comprehensive national coverage.

All internal and external loss adjusters have direct internet based access to our claims management software to submit reports, claims notes and relevant document attachments. This ensures efficient and timely claims process flows and jobs status access for relevant stakeholders.

Job acknowledgements, reports and communications are submitted by adjusters within agreed service timeframes which are managed by the relevant claims management team.
