Domestic Claims Management
The Domestic Claims department is located in our Melbourne office which is fully equipped with the latest call centre infrastructure.
The department is divided into two streams with dedicated expertise aligned to Motor and Property claims. The Motor team manages Motor, Boat, Caravan and Motorcycle claims while the Property team manages Building, Contents, Liability and Landlord claims.

- Policy entitlement determination & customer obligations management
- Assessor & Loss Adjuster appointment & management
- Supplier & procurement appointment & management
- Third Party recoveries
- Investigation and litigation management
- Payments to suppliers and claimants
