All of the CSA's services are managed within a paperless office environment. As a performance managed company, all key drivers of cost and service delivery are captured within our state of the art systems and reported to clients in a format which best suits their management needs.

To support cost management activities, CSA has negotiated discount prices and service performance agreements with our major suppliers. In relation to motor repairs, CSA has a national Recommended Repairer Network providing lifetime guarantees on repairs and a 5% discount to our clients on all repair costs.
