Claims Services Australia is an Australian owned company established in 2002 and is 50% owned by the Calliden Group. We are a national service provider employing over 120 staff to serve our clients throughout Australia.

To ensure we provide exceptional service and cost outcomes for our clients, we concentrate our business efforts on just 2 core functions:

• Claims Management
• Motor & Property Loss Adjusting

In applying this focus, CSA has developed specialist expertise, dedicated software systems, efficient operational processes and an overriding drive for quality client service.

CSA operates two centralised Claims Management centres in Sydney and Melbourne, supported by branch offices around Australia to support our assessing and claims teams.
